The Bushcraft Utility Survival Hollow-handle (B.U.S.H.) Steel is a firesteel with weather-tight storage in the handle. That aluminum handle capsule can be used for storing tinder and other emergency supplies. Use the striker of your choice to throw sparks from the included 5/16 in. ferro rod.
